Our tickets are all group rate tickets which are discounted due to a large group booking, if we cannot reach the minimum number of tickets required to get the group rate then unfortunately we will be unable to honour the booking.

All tickets are subject to availability.

All tickets are non-refundable.

If a performance is cancelled then an alternative date will be arranged and/ or a credit note will be issued.

Tickets are not to be resold for more than the price paid.

We reserve the right to change the seat location from those advertised to equally valued seats.

Booking fees include (but are not limited to) admin, card processing fees, website costs, VAT.

Sense Theatre/ Theatre Express are only liable for the cost of the tickets and is not responsible or liable for any out of pocket expenses.

When coach travel is included we will not be able to offer refunds if the journey takes longer than is planned due to traffic etc.

Every effort will be made to seat all groups together, however for larger groups we may have to split across two rows.

VIP Spare tickets are given out within the VIP Facebook group for free when available.
